2007 CROSS COUNTRY: Named to the RMAC all-Academic honor roll as a 2007 junior...Was the Roadrunners' top finisher at both the RMAC Championship (21st overall) and the NCAA North Central Region Championship (45th overall)...Finished second overall in a time of 20:39 at the Cougar Cowbell 5K...Also was Metro State's top finisher at the Rocky Mountain Shootout in a time of 23:44.

2007 OUTDOOR: Finished 12th in the 5000 meters at the RMAC Championship...Ran 2:35.53 to finish sixth in the 800 meters at the Colorado College Invitational...Placed 11th in the 5000 meters at the Jack Christiansen Invitational.

2007 INDOOR: Finished fifth in the 800 meters at the Potts Invitational, running 2:46.12...Finished 14th in the mile at the RMAC Championship...Ran 2:39.27 in the 800 meters to finish eighth at the Joe Davies Open.

MOUNTAIN VISTA HIGH: A four-year letterwinner in track and field at Mountain Vista High School, from which she graduated from in 2005...Named team Most Valuable Player as a 2004 junior...Named the Golden Eagles' captain as a 2004 junior and a 2005 senior...A state qualifier as both a junior and a senior...Coached by Katie Eckland.

PERSONAL: Born Dec. 15, 1986, to Neve and Angie Seibert...Has two brothers, Grant and Reid...Majoring in social work at Metro State and wants to become a school social worker after graduation.
