2008 INDOOR: Finished fifth in the 3000 meters (9:34.68) at the CU Potts Invitational...Finished fourth in the mile slack at the Air Force Invitational...Ran a time of 4:40.25 to finish 16th in the mile at the RMAC Championship.

2007 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in five meets as a 2007 sophomore...Finished 39th overall at the RMAC Championship, running a time of 28:22.53...Finished fifth for the Roadrunners and was 38th overall at the Rocky Mountain Shootout...Was Metro State's second finisher at the Colorado Time Trial.

2007 OUTDOOR: Ran a time of 16:41.2 to finish 13th in the 5000 meters at the RMAC Championship...Also finished 13th in the 5000 meters at the Jack Christiansen Invitational...Ran 4:23.38 to place 15th in the 1500 meters at the Potts Collegiate.

2007 INDOOR: Finished eighth in the 800 meters at the season-opening Potts Invitational...Placed 20th in the 5000 meters in a time of 17:11.96 at the RMAC Championship...Finished 14th in the mile at the Colorado School of Mines Twilight.

2006 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in three meets as a 2006 freshman...Placed 51st at the season-opening Wyoming Invitational, running a time of 24:24 over 4.25 miles...Finished 96th at the University of Colorado Shootout, running the 8K race in a time of 29:48...Ran 30:45.95 for 8K at the Woody Greeno Invitational, finishing 194th.

COLUMBINE HIGH: A three-year letterwinner in both track and field and cross country at Columbine High School, from which he graduated from in 2006...A second team all-Jeffco runner in cross country as a 2004 junior...An honorable mention all-Jeffco selection as a 2005 senior...Also an all-conference honoree in the 3200-meter relay as both a 2005 junior and a 2006 senior.
